Swedish election studies

Data from the Swedish election studies (1956-2014) are deposited at the Swedish National Data Service (SND) www.snd.gu.se. As a student or researcher, you can obtain data by filling in an electronic application on the SND website!

Parliamentary Studies

Researchers can obtain access to the Parliament studies by filling in a specific form. Contact the primary researchers for the Parliamentary Investigation Patrik Öhberg (2018, not yet funded) and David Karlsson (2014) for more information.

The Comparative Study of Electoral Systems

Since 1995, Sweden is part of the co-operation project “The Comparative Study of Electoral Systems” (CSES) that coordinates national teams of election researchers around the world. Download data directly from the CSES: www.cses.org


Campaign panel studies

The Swedish National Election Studies has carried out a number of campaign panel studies (KP) to examine how the electorate follows and are affected by the media and the party campaigns, before the elections.
